For the dough: I often use the food processor, you can use a bowl and a tel. I put all the ingredients for the dough in the robot bowl, except the flour and butter. I gave a few pulses for a uniform mixture. I added half the amount of flour, I gave a few more pulses to the robot to mix the ingredients.
