I really love Chinese cuisine, it is full of color, flavors and textures. I often make Chinese food, I have discovered a lot of recipes and I am looking for more and more new recipes. Today I share this recipe:

  • 100 grams of Chinese noodles,
  • 200 grams of bamboo,
  • half a carrot cut into sticks,
  • 2 rehydrated Chinese flavored mushrooms (can be replaced with other types of mushrooms) cut into slices,
  • a tablespoon of olive oil,
  • a teaspoon of 5 spices mixture,
  • a chopped hot pepper knife tip,
  • a tablespoon of soy sauce
  • a teaspoon of shellfish / oyster sauce.

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chinese bamboo cut:

Preparation: in a wok heat the oil and add the vegetables and bamboo, put the spices and sauces and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Am găsit zilele trecute într-un magazin muguri de bambus la borcan și pe loc m-am gândit la o mâncare chinezească. Am cumpărat și urechi de lemn și o pungă de tăiței de orez și deja îmi imaginam cum le voi prepara.

Știu că poate pare o mâncare grea și scumpă, dar nu e chiar așa. Tăițeii de orez se găsesc aproape în toate magazinele, la fel și sosul de soia. De la noi din casă nu lipsește, rar fac o mâncare de orez care să nu o stropesc cu sos de soia. Miezul de nucă poate fi înlocuit cu alune, sau arahide. În schimb urechile de lemn și mugurii de bambus nu le găsim chiar la tot pasul, dar la magazinele mai mari cu siguranță le veți găsi. Urechile de lemn se vând ori la raftul de ciuperci, ori la cel de produse internaționale. Tot la acesta din urmă veți găsi și mugurii de bambus.

Urechile de lemn sunt bogate în vitamine și minerale și sunt o sursă bună de proteine și fibre. Acestea ajută la scăderea colesterolului din sânge, întăresc sistemul imunitar și îmbunătățesc circulația sângelui. Pe lângă beneficiile pe care le au pentru organism, sunt și foarte gustoase. În combinație cu tăițeii de orez, legume, nuci și aromate cu sos de soia sunt pur și simplu delicioase.

INGREDIENT:

  • 300 g tăiței de orez
  • 150 g urechi de lemn
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 ardei roșu
  • 150 g muguri de bambus
  • 1 cm rădăcină ghimbir
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 70 g miez de nucă/ alune
  • soy sauce
  • salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Urechile de lemn trebuie lăsate la înmuiat minim 30 minute în apă fierbinte, după care le strecurăm de apă și le spălăm foarte bine.

2. Curățăm cățeii de usturoi, îi dăm prin presă și îi călim cu o lingură de ulei și cu ghimbirul curățat și dat prin răzătoarea mică. Eu am folosit ulei de nuci, dar puteți folosi orice ulei aveți în casă. Adăugăm ardeii și morcovii tăiați fâșii, acoperim cu un capac și lăsăm legumele 7-8 minute, la foc mic.

3. Punem și urechile de lemn, mugurii de bambus, miezul de nucă mărunțit, sare după gust și stingem cu sos de soia. Sosul de soia se pune, la fel, după gustul fiecăruia. Puteți pune câteva linguri la legume, iar pe parcurs mai adăugați cât considerați că e nevoie.

4. Separat punem o oală cu apă la fiert pentru tăiței. Aceștia nu trebuie să fiarbă mult pentru că se vor lipi și sfărâma. Când începe să fiarbă apa punem tăițeii și îi lăsăm 2, maxim 3 minute, după care îi strecurăm de apă și îi amestecăm cu legumele. Mai lăsăm doar câteva minute wok-ul pe foc, cât să se amestece aromele.
