Sift the powdered milk and cocoa and mix.
Separately, prepare a tray with food foil, to have it at hand, for when we pour the hot chocolate.
Next, the working time is alert, as the chocolate solidifies quickly.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan: water, sugar and orange blossom water, bring to a boil, stirring, until the sugar melts, then add the butter, at which point it will foam. Turn on low heat, stir often and simmer for about a minute.
Incorporate the mixture of cocoa and milk powder, stirring vigorously for a maximum of one minute.
Pour the hot chocolate into the tray prepared with cling film, leveling with a spatula.
Wrap with foil, pressing with a kitchen cloth.
Leave to cool on the table for a few minutes, then refrigerate until ready to serve. Portion as desired.
