Make garlic sauce and a little oil. Put in a bowl and add a little more oil. It adds

chicken fillets and mix well. Leave it like this for 5 minutes. Separately, beat 2 eggs with a little salt. Put the fillets in breadcrumbs, then in egg, then again in breadcrumbs and cool

in oil.

In a larger saucepan put the sour cream with tomato paste and a pinch of salt and put on the fire.

When it starts to boil, add the fillets one by one, turning them on one side and on the other so that they all end up in the sauce. Leave until it starts to boil and set aside.

Leave it in the sauce for 5 minutes before serving. They can be served with a garnish of straw potatoes or rice.
