The seafood is delicious. They do not contain cholesterol. They contain healthy fats that manage to lower the level of bad LDL cholesterol. They can be prepared in many ways, coming to satisfy even the most demanding tastes.

- scallops (without shell),
- baby shrimp,

- baby sepie. All together should not exceed about 300 and a few grams, for one serving.

RECIPE PREPARATION Seafood salad:
It washes. It cleans up. Then put 1-2 teaspoons of sunflower oil in the pan. Allow to heat, then add the cleaned, washed and lightly wiped seafood with a clean napkin. Stir gently with a spatula so that it does not break and turn from side to side. When it changes color slightly, after 3-4 minutes, remove, drain and place on a plate.
Serve with lettuce and add a home-made dressing, balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Decorate with lemon slices.
