Salad of roasted peppers

Bake the peppers on the board, turning them until they are evenly baked on all sides.

When one is baked, put it in a pot, sprinkle salt on it and put the lid on.

This is done with all the peppers, putting them on top of each other with salt and the lid on.

Leave it for about an hour until it cools so as not to burn by hand.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Cut into suitable pieces and place in a bowl.

From oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and water, make a dressing according to everyone's taste and pour it over the peppers and mix.

Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, after which it can be decorated.
