Method of preparation

7. Work the dough a little, divide it into 2 pieces, one bigger and one smaller.

8. Roll out the smaller piece of dough into a round tray the diameter of your baking tin.

9. Grease the base and walls of the mold (22 cm) with butter, then transfer the round worktop to it.

10. Cut the second piece of dough in half and, from both pieces, shape cords about 70-75 cm long.
