Love is a salad !!!!
I had two duck meatballs cooked in clear soup. I deboned the sliced meat and prepared bread. I added a few more leaves, corn kernels, peppers and a salad came out on top !!!!
- 300 gr boiled duck meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoons milk
- frying oil
- 200 gr mix of green leaves (valerian, beets, iceberg lettuce)
- 1 can of corn kernels
- 2 capsicums
- 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- salt
- pepper

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Bread duck salad:
- Duck meat is cut into strips. Salt and pepper the meat.
- With beaten eggs, salt, flour, vinegar, milk, prepare a mixture.
- Through this, the meat is given and fried on both sides, in hot oil.
- Remove the meat on a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.
- Wash the salad and drain it.
- Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
- The corn grains are drained of the liquid in which they were preserved and washed in several waters.
- Mix the pepper, lettuce, corn kernels, oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Decorate with black cumin seeds.
- Serve the salad with duck bread.
