Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
Mix the dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix them well with a spoon.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: warm milk, melted margarine, orange peel, vanilla essence and egg. Mix them well with a whisk.
Add the wet ingredients over the dry ones and mix them lightly to combine.
Add the chocolate flakes and incorporate lightly.
Grease the molds with a little oil. Pour in each form about 3 tablespoons of coca. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
